The story behind Pisco Mixers
We started Pisco Mixers in 2023 as a side hustle. At the time, we were both working our 9–5 jobs and looking for something we could build together as a couple.
What began as making cocktails at home quickly turned into our first event… then another… and another.
We didn’t expect it to grow the way it did — but we fell in love with the process, the people, and the creativity behind every event.
Today, we’ve served 100+ events across Orlando, and what started as “extra income” became something much bigger.

Solange focuses on the creative side — styling, presentation, branding, and making sure every setup feels intentional and visually elevated.
We’ve noticed something in this industry — many mobile bars focus only on presentation.
But for us, it’s both.
We understand cocktails — how to balance flavors, how to adjust drinks, and how to handle real-time requests during events.
That means if a guest asks for something outside the menu, we can create it — not just say no.
It’s the difference between a basic bar service and a real experience.
